1:1 Coaching & Analysis
We also offer 1-2-1 swim coaching on a personal level with an excellent level of customer service. These sessions are for all fitness levels and abilities. We are very experienced in coaching a wide range of swimmers from those learning to swim to those qualifying for the triathlon world champs, or open water swimming
Single sessions are £45
A block of 5 sessions are £210 so £42 per lesson
A block of 10 sessions are £400 so £40 per lesson
For each lesson your coach will be in the water with you and will conduct a thorough stroke analysis to work out what you need to improve upon and how. Then you will be taken through a selection of drills based on what we find out in your stroke analysis. This is followed up with a drills summary which we will email you and send you a summary of your swimming style
